Customer Service Representative (Entry Level)

ATOMO Dental Inc. is a fast-growing dental supplies distributing company located in Pleasanton, CA. We are hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to help customers with product selection, answer questions, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Basic data entry
• Answering phones, managing large amounts of incoming calls
• Calling customers, Maintaining customer accounts
• Coordinating communication between customers and internal staff to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• May also perform other administrative duties such as invoicing, processing credit card orders, obtaining proof of delivery, and checking inventory

Requirements

• Comfortable with high-volume incoming calls
• Good phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Nice and positive attitude, good patient
• Previous customer support experiences desired, but not required
• High school degree
