Ordering
ATOMO Dental offers convenient ways to place an order (we will process your order within 24 hours):1. The easiest way is to place order online at www.atomodental.com.
2. Email your order to us at support@atomodental.com. Download our Excel version Order Form.
3. Call TOLL FREE 1-866-980-0988 Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:30pm (PST) to speak with one of our customer service representatives.
4. Fax your order to 925-905-9878. Download our PDF version Order Form.
5. Create a store account and save additional 5% with our Rewards program. See more instructions on how to create a store account.

We accept most types of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover...).

We accept checks.
Sales tax will ONLY be applied to orders with delivery address in California. NO TAX for orders outside of California.
Shipping
FREE FedEx ground shipping within the continental USA on any orders over $300. A flat shipping fee of $9.95 will be changed for orders less than $300. Shipping outside of the non-continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, international) will be quoted an additional shipping charge before you submit your online order (please call customer service 1-866-9800988). Your order will be always on the way within 24 hours after you place orders. We are here to serve the professional dental community. We do not ship to residential addresses.
Return & Exchange
More than anything else, we value our customer's continued satisfaction. In any circumstance, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, ATOMO are happy to exchange the item, credit your account or refund your purchase price without a hassle. Please contact us to get a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#), and return items in original condition within 10 days to ensure a fast process. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
All PPE product sales are final! Due to the nature of the medical products, ATOMO reserves the right to refuse returns on damaged equipment, open-box disposable products, and used equipment with cross contamination risk (such as Ultrasonic Cleaner, Ultrasonic Scaler and Scaler Tips).
